Abdelouahed Belkeziz Politician
Abdelouahed Belkeziz, CBE (About this sound pronunciation ahb-dehl-WAH-hehd behl-keh-ZEES; Arabic: عبد الواحد بلقزيز; born 5 July 1939) is a Moroccan lawyer, politician and diplomat. He served as the eighth Secretary-General of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) from 2001 to 2004.
