Achim von Britzke Military person

Achim von Britzke (21 January 1920 – 30 March 1945) was a highly decorated Hauptmann in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Achim von Britzke was killed on 30 March 1945 near Ittenbach, Germany.
