Alexander Vladimirovich Frolov (Russian: Александр Владимирович Фролов) (born 17 May 1964) is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Evraz Group, one of the largest steel producers. Frolov is listed as #390 on the Forbes list of billionaires for 2007.
