Alma "Ness" Moreno-Salic (born Vanessa Moreno Lacsamana on May 25, 1959) is a Filipina actress and politician. She was born in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur to Frank Lacsamana, from Pampanga, and Jean Moreno.
