Angelos Basinas Football player

Angelos Basinas (Greek: Άγγελος Μπασινάς, born on 3 January 1976 in Chalkida, Greece) is a retired Greek international footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He can also operate as a central midfielder and centre-back. He is best remembered for his key role in the Greek national team that won the 2004 European Championship.
