Anthony J. Battaglia Politician
Anthony Joseph Battaglia (born 1949) was a United States magistrate judge in California and is now a District Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. On February 4, 2011, Battaglia, was for the second time unanimously approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee. On March 7, 2011 the Senate confirmed his nomination by a vote of 89 ayes to 0 nays and he received his commission on March 9, 2011.
