Anthony Allen Lerew (born October 28, 1982) is an American professional baseball pitcher, who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Atlanta Braves and Kansas City Royals; in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks and in Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) for the Kia Tigers.
