Anvar Ali Writer
Anvar Ali (born 1966) is a Malayalam poet who wrote Mazhakkalam (Kottayam: D. C. Books, 1999), which is a collection of 27 poems. This book won the Kanakasree Award of Kerala Sahithya Academy in 2000. He is also a film writer who has co-written the scenario of Maargam, a version of the Malayalam short fiction Pithrutharppanam with Rajiv Vijayraghavan and Dr. S. P. Ramesh.
