Arthur S. Moreau Jr. Military person
Admiral Arthur Stanley Moreau, Jr. (June 3, 1931 – December 8, 1986) was a United States Navy four star admiral who served as Commander in Chief, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander in Chief, Allied Forces Southern Europe (CINCUSNAVEUR/CINCSOUTH) from 1985 to 1986. He died of a heart attack at a military hospital in Italy while still on active duty.
