Bahri Tanrıkulu Athlete

Bahri Tanrıkulu is a Turkish taekwondo practitioner, who competed in the Men's 80 kg class at the 2004 Summer Olympics held in Athens, Greece and won the silver medal. He is first World taekwondo champion of Turkey and Europe. He is a member of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club. The 1.86 m (6.1 ft) tall athlete is student of physical education and sports at Akdeniz University. Bahri is the eldest of 4 siblings. His sister Azize Tanrıkulu was also a competitor in the Beijing Olympics. His two brothers also perform taekwondo. Bahri Tanrıkulu married Tina Morgan, an Australian taekwondo athlete on January 29, 2009 in Perth, Australia.
