Barbara McDougall Politician
Barbara Jean McDougall, PC, OC, (born November 12, 1937) is a former Canadian politician. McDougall received a B.A. from the University of Toronto in political science and economics, in 1963. In 2000, she was made an Officer of the Order of Canada.
