Benji Gil Baseball player

Romar Benjamin Gil Aguilar (born October 6, 1972, in Tijuana, Mexico) is a former Major League Baseball utility player.Gil made his Major League Baseball debut with the Texas Rangers on April 5, 1993. Since being released by the Anaheim Angels just after the start of the 2003 season, Gil has signed contracts with the Cleveland Indians, Colorado Rockies, Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers, and Seattle Mariners, but failed to make the Major League roster of any of these teams.Gil was a member of the Anaheim Angels team that won the 2002 World Series by defeating the San Francisco Giants.Gil and his wife Carly reside in Southlake, Texas with their two children, Mateo and Gehrig.
