Bhaurao Krishnaji Gaikwad Politician

Bhaurao Krishnaji Gaikwad(October 15, 1902 - December 29, 1971) known as Dadasaheb Gaikwad was a politician and social worker from Maharashtra, India. He had also been member of parliament representing the both houses Lok sabha and Rajya sabha. He was honoured by Padma Shri in 1968 for his dedicated service to society. He was a close colleague and follower of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar.The Government of India issued a commemorative stamp in his honour in 2002.
