Bill Cubbins Australian rules football player

William "Bill" Cubbins (4 May 1899 - 3 January 1968) was an Australian rules footballer who played in the Victorian Football League (VFL).Cubbins played with St Kilda as possibly the greatest full back of his time. He won a record four club best and fairest awards (equalled by Robert Harvey). Cubbins was an excellent mark and long kick.He played for Warrnambool in 1928.
