Blaž Kavčič Tennis player
Blaž Kavčič (born 5 March 1987 in Ljubljana) is a Slovenian professional tennis player. He turned professional in 2005.He considers clay his favourite surface. He was the highest ranked Slovenian male player ever, achieving a career-high of World No. 68 in August 2012. He became first Slovenian ATP singles player to: achieve a Top 100 ranking, win a Grand Slam main draw match and perform at the Summer Olympics. He became the second Slovene ATP player earning over 1 million US dollars in prize money and highest ever paid Slovene player in history.
