Robert Charles Joseph Edward Sabatini Guccione (pronounced "goo-chee-OAN-eh", December 17, 1930 – October 20, 2010), known as Bob Guccione, was the founder and publisher of the adult magazine Penthouse until his resignation in November 2003.
