Brad Myers Scientist

Brad Allan Myers is a professor in the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. He earned his PhD in computer science at the University of Toronto in 1987, under Bill Buxton.As of 2009 Myers was the fourth most published author in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. He was elected to the prestigious CHI Academy in 2004 as one of the "principal leaders of the field" of HCI and is an IEEE Fellow and an ACM Fellow. Myers is a leading researcher in the field of programming by demonstration and created the Garnet and Amulet toolkits.
