C. V. Rungacharlu Politician

Cettipanyam Viravalli Rungacharlu CIE (c. August 1831 - d. January 20, 1883), also spelt as Rangacharlu, was an Indian civil servant and administrator who served as the Diwan of Mysore kingdom from 1881 to 1883.
