Carmen Basilio Boxer

Carmine Basilio (April 2, 1927 – November 7, 2012) better known in the boxing world as Carmen Basilio, was an Italian-American professional boxer who had been a world champion in two weight classes. Some reports have suggested that Basilio changed his name from Carmine to Carmen before he began boxing, to sound more masculine.
