César Costa
César Costa is a Mexican actor and rock-and-roll singer.Costa was born in Colonia Condesa of the Mexican capital. He studied elementary and Junior Highschool at the Colegio Alemán and Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
