Cevat Çobanlı Military person

Cevat Çobanlı (September 14, 1870 or 1871 – March 13, 1938) was a military commander of the Ottoman Army, War Minister (Harbiye Nazırı) of the Ottoman Empire and a general of Turkish Army.
