Charles Doughty-Wylie Military person

Lieutenant Colonel Charles Hotham Montagu Doughty-Wylie VC CB CMG (23 July 1868 – 26 April 1915) was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross. Doughty-Wylie was also posthumously awarded the Order of the Medjidie from the very Ottoman Government he fought against.
