Charles John Wingfield Politician

Sir Charles John Wingfield KCSI, CB, MP (16 April 1820 – 27 January 1892), who had a distinguished career with the Bengal Civil Service, was later elected as the first Member of Parliament for the United Kingdom's Parliament constituency of Gravesend.
