Charlotte Golar Richie Politician

Charlotte Golar Richie (born December 11, 1958 in Brooklyn) serves as the senior vice president for public policy, advocacy and government relations for YouthBuild USA. She was a candidate for the mayor of Boston in the 2013 election. As of 2014, she is one of the three Commissioners of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
