Cho Young-jeung Sports manager

Cho Young-Jeung (born August 18, 1954) is a South Korean former footballer who plays as a defender. He is now leader of Paju National Football Center (NFC). He was a member of Technical Committee of FIFA until 2002 to 2007. It is for the first time in South Korea.
