Chris Clemons Baseball player

Christopher Hale Clemons (born October 31, 1972 in Baytown, Texas) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played for one season at the major league level for the Chicago White Sox. He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 1st round (33rd pick) of the 1994 amateur draft. Clemons played his first professional season with their Rookie league Gulf Coast White Sox and Class A Hickory Crawdads in 1994, and split his last season between the Arizona Diamondbacks' Double-A El Paso Diablos and the Cleveland Indians' Double-A (Akron Aeros) and Triple-A (Buffalo Bisons) affiliates in 2000. He is currently an assistant baseball coach at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas, and is currently head coach of the Victoria Generals in the Texas Collegiate League.
