Claudia Blum Ambassador
Claudia Blum Capurro (born 9 August 1948) is a Colombian psychologist and politician. A veteran Senator, she became the first woman to serve as President of the Senate of Colombia. She also served as the 26th Permanent Representative of Colombia to the United Nations.
