Crispus Kiyonga
Crispus Walter Kiyonga is a Ugandan physician and politician. He is the current Minister of Defence, a position he has held since 2006. Prior to that, he was Minister Without Portfolio in the Office of the President from 2005 until 2006. He is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bukonjo County West, Kasese District, in the Ugandan Parliament. In the cabinet reshuffle of May 2011, he retained his Defense portfolio.
