Cynthia Kaye McWilliams

Cynthia Kaye McWilliams is an American actress. She played Kacee Franklin, C-Note's wife, in the TV series Prison Break.She was also cast in the 2006 movie The Lake House. McWilliams recently played Lilly Beauchamp in the Fox TV series The Chicago Code. In 2013, she began guest starring in the BET comedy Real Husbands of Hollywood as attorney Trina Shaw.
