Danny Sheehan Boxer

"Dynamite" Danny Sheehan (born August 18, 1973 in Salem, NH) is a professional, journeyman heavyweight boxer with 50 professional bouts. Sheehan gained notoriety in 2000 when he beat the undefeated Elvir Muriqi on ESPN. The fight drew much media attention with Muriqi's famed trainer, Teddy Atlas, speaking into his microphone while instructing Muriqi throughout the bout. Sheehan would lose a rematch to Muriqi a few months later. Sheehan was stopped in his last bout against 6' 7" Olympic bronze medalist (2008), Deontay Wilder,(14-0) in Lafayette, LA on December 2 of 2010.
