Darcy Rose Byrnes
Darcy Rose Byrnes (born November 4, 1998) is an American actress and singer. She is best known for her roles as Abby Carlton Newman on The Young and the Restless and Penny Scavo on Desperate Housewives. She is currently the speaking and singing voice of Princess Amber in Sofia the First.
