David Melding Politician
David R. M. Melding AM (born 28 August 1962) is a Welsh Conservative Party member of the National Assembly for Wales for the Welsh Conservative Party in the South Wales Central Region. He is currently the Deputy Presiding Officer of the National Assembly.
