Derek Atkins Football player

Derek Atkins (born 8 April 1961 in Glasgow) is a former Scottish football goalkeeper.Atkins started his career with junior club Bridgeton Waverley before moving to Queens Park in 1978. He made 166 league appearances for the club before joining Clyde in 1983, where he stayed for 7 years.He had short stints at East Fife and Stranraer before retiring from the senior game.
