Dick Duckworth Football player
Richard Hargreaves "Dick" Duckworth was an English football player. He played as a wing half. Duckworth came up through the Manchester United youth system and played his first senior level game for the club on 19 December 1903 against Gainsborough Trinity. He helped club win the 1908 league championship and the 1909 FA Cup, and scored 11 goals in 254 appearances for the club. He played his final game for the club on 15 November 1915 against Middlesbrough, and retired soon after due to injury.
