Elaine Walker Politician
Elaine Nogay Walker (born August 6, 1951) is an American politician from the Democratic Party and a former Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Walker currently serves as Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Parks and, prior to her appointment as Secretary of State, served as the 39th mayor of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
