Emma Romeu
Emma Romeu (Havana) is a writer and geographer who has dedicated her career to environmental journalism. She has published articles in National Geographic Magazine and other prestigious magazines. Romeu has published more than 10 books for children and young adults, including the successful “Gregory and the Sea” in Spanish and a book based on some of her environmental articles about Cuban and Mexican nature. The sea plays a large role in her literature. She emigrated to Mexico in the early 1990s.
