Ertuğrul Apakan Politician

Ertuğrul Apakan (born 1947) is a Turkish diplomat. Apakan has been the Permanent Representative of Turkey to the United Nations in New York since 2009. He is also Vice President of United Nations General Assembly in Sixty-seventh session of the United Nations General Assembly.
