Fabrice Philipot Cyclist
Fabrice Philipot (born 24 September 1965 in Montbard, Côte-d'Or) is a former French road bicycle racer. His greatest achievements include winning the young rider classification in the 1989 Tour de France and finishing second at the 1989 Liège-Bastogne-Liège.
