Franz van Stampart Artist

Franz van Stampart (Born in Antwerp 12 June 1675 – died 3 April 1750 in Vienna) was a painter of Flemish origin, whose career was spanned throughout Europe, working for the Courts of Emperor Charles VI and Leopold I, Holy Roman Emperor and then working in the studio of Godfrey Kneller in England.
