Frederik Andersen Ice hockey player
Frederik Andersen (born October 2, 1989) is a Danish ice hockey goaltender. He currently plays for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL). Andersen was a member of Denmark's national team that competed at the 2010 IIHF World Championship. He was selected by the Carolina Hurricanes in the 7th round (187th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Unable to come to terms with the Hurricanes, Andersen was selected in the third round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft (87th overall) by the Anaheim Ducks.
