Gerdi Verbeet Politician
Gerardina Alida "Gerdi" Verbeet (born April 18, 1951) is a Dutch politician of the Labour Party (PvdA). She was the President of the House of Representatives from December 6, 2006 until September 19, 2012. The second elected president after predecessor Frans Weisglas. She served as a Member of the House of Representatives from July 26, 2002 until September 19, 2012 and previously from December 11, 2001 until May 22, 2002.
