Giovanni Benedetti Cleric
Giovanni Benedetti (born 12 March 1917) is an Italian Prelate of Roman Catholic Church. At 98, he is one of oldest Roman Catholic bishops and Italian bishops.Giovanni Benedetti was born in Spello, Italy, ordained a priest on 26 May 1940 of the Archdiocese of Venice. Loris was Auxiliary bishop to the Diocese of Perugia on 12 December 1974 and ordained on 23 January 1975 of the Titular see of Limata. On 25 March 1976 Loras was appointed bishop to the Diocese of Foligno of which he would retire from 10 October 1992.
