Giuliano Hazan
Giuliano Hazan (born 1 December 1958 in Manhattan) is a cookbook author and educator who travels throughout the world teaching Italian cooking. The son of Italian cooking doyenne Marcella Hazan, his combination of Italian palate and American organization makes his message of fresh ingredients prepared in a simple manner, clear, timeless and delicious. His cooking school in Italy, Cooking with Giuliano Hazan, has been profiled in many US publications. Hazan is an author, teacher, entrepreneur, and considered by some to be one of the foremost authorities on Italian cooking.
