Giuseppe Beltrami Cleric
Giuseppe Beltrami (January 17, 1889 – December 13, 1973) was an Italian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church who served as Internuncio to the Netherlands from 1959 to 1967, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1967.
