Goh Meng Seng
Goh Meng Seng (Chinese: 吴明盛) is a Singaporean politician who was the Secretary General for the 2011 election of the National Solidarity Party (NSP) in Singapore. He was educated at River Valley High School and Hwa Chong Junior College.
