Günther Kempin Military person

Günther Kempin (2 December 1920 – 12 August 1998) was a highly decorated Feldwebel in the Luftwaffe during World War II, and a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. During his career he was credited with flying 474 missions.
