Gwendolyn Garcia Politician
Gwendolyn Fiel Garcia (born October 12, 1955), commonly known as Gwen, is a Filipina politician who is the Representative of the 3rd District of Cebu and the governor of the province from 2004 to 2013. She is Cebu's first female governor.
