Hanne Nabintu Herland

Hanne Stine Nabintu Herland (born 1966 in Kivu, Congo) is a Norwegian author and debater.Herland has written several debate books, among them the books Alarm! Tanker om en kultur i krise translated to English: "Alarm, thoughts about a culture in crisis" (2010) and Respekt (2012). She was the editor of the political debate book Ny vind over Norge translated to English "New wind in Norway" (2013) . The book contributed to mobilize the conservative movement in connection with the 2013 government election, which ended up in a clear conservative majority. She is known for fighting for Christian and conservative values such as, respect for the elderly, respect for the teacher, respect for the priest, respect for authorities and respect for minorities in general.
