Harry Street Rugby player
Harry Street (5 September 1927 — 29 September 2002) born in Castleford, was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s and '50s, and coach of the 1950s, '60s, and '70s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Castleford (guest), St. Helens ('A' team), Dewsbury, Wigan, Leeds, and Featherstone Rovers, as a Centre, or Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 3 or 4, or 13, during the era of contested scrums, and at club level has coached for Castleford, and Bradford Northern, he died in Huddersfield.
