He Guoqiang Politician
He Guoqiang (simplified Chinese: 贺国强; traditional Chinese: 賀國強; pinyin: Hè Guóqiáng; born October 1943) is a retired high-ranking official in the Communist Party of China (CPC). Until the closing of the 18th National Party Congress he was the eighth ranked member of the Politburo Standing Committee (PSC), China's highest ruling council, and the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Previously He was the head of the Organization Department of the Communist Party, the Governor of Fujian, and the party chief of Chongqing. He Guoqiang is said to be a 'moderating' force on the PSC, with no apparent loyalties to any particular factions or patrons.
